Guided hiking tour from Aschbach (Rio Lagundo) cable way mountain station to Eggerhof inn with breathtaking view

The hiking starts from the hotel.  We walk to the Aschbach (Rio Lagundo) cable way valley station. Ascend and descend by cable way.  

But the real starting point is the moutain station of the cable car. From there we take forest path No. 27A to the intersection with path No. 27 (forest path) and continue on the hiking path no. 9 to the Eggerhof Inn (1267 m). From there we follow the path No. 9 to the junction "Martinsweg". The circular hiking trail leads back to the Eggerhof inn. The circular hike Martinsweg is an easily walkable circular trail named after the little church of St. Martin, near Eggerhöfe. The Martinsweg is signposted as such.

Rather easy family hiking tour with spectacular mountain views.

The return journey is along trail No. 27 to the forest road, then further uphill towards Aschbach and back along trail No. 27A to the mountain station of the cable car Aschbach.

By registering, the participant confirms that he/she has carefully read the tour description and accepted its terms and conditions and that the participation is at his/her own perils and risk.

Aqua-biking (fitness & wellness)

16:15 - 16:45 (30 min.) | Meeting point: Indoor swimming pool

Aqua-biking is suitable for any fitness level and also for rehabilitation after injury: for the unathletic, the super fit, the slim, the overweight, pregnant women, etc. Unlike off-road cycling, here no one is left behind because of insufficient fitness. Everyone can choose the pace and intensity of the exercises. The faster and stronger you pedal, the more the water resistance increases due to the flap movement. Therefore, even very ambitious and well-trained athletes can exhaust themselves. Aqua-biking is more than cycling in the pool. It is a very efficient, joint-friendly and fat-burning, endurance and strength training on a special steel bike. It also uses the upper body through torso exercises, arm circles and rowing movements with the arms and hands. Enjoy the water!

Foam rolling exercises /Fascia training with the "Blackroll"

The foam roller is an excellent tool for revitalizing the fascia tissue = network that envelops all our body structures (muscles, ligaments, bones, joints, etc.). Exercises with the foam roller relieve tension in the muscles, increase blood circulation, stimulate the connective tissue (fascia) and promote regeneration. Thus, for example, back pain can be relieved and sore muscles can be prevented. The exercises with the foam roller increase the elasticity and performance of the muscles. Other positive effects are: Loosening adhesions of the fasciae (connective tissue), releasing tension, regenerating muscles in a targeted manner Counteracting postural damage, regulating incorrect stress Treating trigger zones The fasciae depend on adequate movement to maintain their stable and at the same time supple structure. Lack of movement, but also stress, lead to pathological changes in the fascia tissue: it becomes matted, stuck together and hardened. Pain can be the result. Therefore, our motto is: "Let's rock and roll".
